As I saw several worrying reviews on this website, I thought I’d share my positive experience to reassure some of you guys. I placed an order on May 21, 2024 (5 MeO cartridge + battery). I received neither confirmation email nor tracking number. On May 29, I sent an email to customer service asking for the tracking number and if the item had been shipped. I also sent the same message on the chat and on the online form on the Contact us page. On 31 May, customer service replied to my email confirming the item had been shipped and sending me the tracking number link. I received the product on the same day. The MeO cartridge and the battery were in good state. Only the USB-USB-C cable provided with the battery was a little crushed (possibly unusable), but it was no big deal as I had other such cables at home. I tried the cartridge… it is definitely working, VERY powerful and super quick. I just tried a small dose so far so I can’t tell yet how far this brings you, but it’s quite promissing! In summary, I had no issue with my order, although it is true that the company should really try to send a confirmation email to reassure the buyer and be more realistic about the timeframe (indicating on the website, say in the FAQs, that the company takes, for instance, at least 5 business days, to ship the item. This way, the buyer won’t worry too much.

I received my product just a few business days after ordering, this is the second time I ordered and both times I received my product swiftly. The only thing that makes me nervous each time is that I don’t get a tracking number, but the order does indeed come. Customer service also emails me back usually same day as well if I have a question.

I’ve never been disappointed with a product yet. Been buying from deadhead for years now. Most recently was the golden teacher shrooms. They were potent and so chill. Great visuals and long lasting. I’ve also tried the lsd gummies, ket, lsd microdose, and dmt vape. I’ve always gotten my order even when the tracking was kinda weird it still showed up so don’t worry if that happens haha
